Grzebyk is a communications expert and a seasoned technology professional
who founded VerbalWise to help companies deal with increasing
demands for profitability in a constrained economy. Recognizing
that most organizations rarely address the root cause of decreased
productivity, Tammé began implementing methods that reveal hidden
resources that can then be reallocated to the bottom line.
Tammé is
a speaker, educator
and consultant
whose interactive
and experiential
methods have impacted
diverse audiences.
Her work in manufacturing,
information technology,
healthcare and
higher level education
is complemented
by a master’s
degree in management
and undergraduate
studies in communication,
journalism and
language. She is
a faculty member
of Xavier University’s
Leadership Center
and presents programs
at Walsh College’s
Business Leadership
Institute.
